What We Do
One of the biggest concerns and challenges facing most parents in South Africa today is whether their children are going to be able to find jobs after completing school, or Higher Education.
To address these concerns, we have developed an intervention solution for human development planning needs. The programmes is geared and tailored towards addressing the challenges of the respective audiences, with different requirements.
The Incubator, as a Centre for Entrepreneurship will preferably be located North West and Free State Provinces which includes Matlosana and Moqhaka Local and District Municipalities. There is a huge need for community development in these areas. Respective beneficiaries, will be assisted in starting, growing and improving their businesses/organization with various interventions that we will implement.
Business Incubation Programmes:
- Introduction to Entrepreneurship: A foundational course that covers the basics of starting a business, including identifying a business idea, developing a business plan, and securing funding.
- Marketing for Startups: A course that covers marketing strategies and techniques specific to startup businesses, including social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Financial Management: A course that covers financial management for startups, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
Core objectives of the Incubation Program include:
- Strengthening the capacity of emerging, existing beneficiaries to develop effective organisational structures, strategic plans, and sustainable funding models.
- Providing mentorship and coaching to their leaders, fostering their leadership skills and organisational management abilities.
- Facilitating and environment conducive to networking opportunities and linkages with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and other CBOs.
- Providing technological and technical assistance and training in areas such as project management, financial management, fundraising, and program evaluation.
- Supporting the development and implementation of innovative projects and initiatives by CBOs that address local community needs.
