Beneficiaries
The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) outreach program was launched in 2023. This program aims to teach, train and equip the school learners, students or college volunteers to launch and organize STEM outreach chapters within their Universities. The STEM chapter leaders recruit other STEM fellows and organize outreach and mentoring programs to neighbouring public Secondary schools in their communities to promote STEM education and learning amongst secondary students especially girls.

Career Direction Objective
- To provide career pathing, (management and assessment),

Employment workshops whereby they will be coached on trends and requirements demanded by employers.
NPO's
These organisations remain in need of advice and other interventions for the growth development and stability. We are serving them with various assistance interventions for their sustainability.
Small Emerging Business Owners
We assist start ups, operating businesses with compliance and other growth strategies. We assist with market linkages and procurement opportunities. We also provide branding promotions tools for their businesses.
Very often, business owners will stumble across an opportunity, run with an idea, register a business and start trading, without entirely grasping what they are getting themselves into. After two to three years, they suddenly realise that they’ve been trading for a while and sales are not coming in, resulting is despondency and trauma, at the end business closes down, with nothing to show for years of investments.
Sport's People
Identified sportsmen and women will be assisted to make donation to Non Profit Organizations to get rebates from SARS for Tax deductions. They will also be assisted adopt NPOs for the contributions.
Cooperatives
Just like NPOs, Cooperatives have their own challenges, some are similar and differs due to Cooperative being profit making. These are exacerbated by being managed by many people with different aspirations and ambitions.
Strategic Partnerships
MC Genius Academy, NPC will establish linkages and strategic partnerships with government departments, municipalities and other private agencies including incubators. These are as follows; we are planning to identify the working committee and advisory board from the institutions.

Value is added towards Entrepreneurship knowledge training in the community, on the doorstep of beneficiaries through walk in, and other forms of assistance.
Donations and Sponsorships
Our organization is exempt from paying income tax and we issue donors section 18A certificates which they can then deduct for income tax.
